A classic wall clock for every room
This classic wall clock from Braun has a timeless design that follows the 10 principles of Dieter Rams. The design dates back to 1981, the original ABW 41, was designed by Dietrich Lubs and Dieter Rams.
The restrained design of this wall clock is an example of classic functionalism. It is one of the embodiments of Braun's philosophy "less but better". Even the lens has been removed to ensure readability from any angle without the risk of unwanted reflections.
The classic analogue wall clock from Braun is the perfect addition to any room.
Braun & Dieter Rams
Braun and Dieter Rams have been closely connected since the 50s. When the architect Dieter Rams started working for Braun in 1955, he was actually only supposed to modernise the company premises. However, Erwin and Artur Braun quickly recognized Rams' talent and he was involved in the design process of the products. From 1961 to 1995 he headed the design department at Braun. Together with a team that included Dietrich Lubs, among others, they created groundbreaking electrical appliances of the 20th century.
