First apply the shampoo to your wet hair and massage it gently into the scalp. Let it work in a little (approx. 2min) and then rinse it out thoroughly.
Afterwards the conditioner can be put into the washed hair. Let it work best 2 - 3 minutes. Rinse the conditioner thoroughly after the time of application.
Next it's your skin. First free it from dead skin cells by walking over the desired body parts with the peeling soap in a circular and gentle motion. After rinsing off the exfoliating soap, use the shower gel to remove any remaining impurities from your skin and moisturize it.
